  • Kids Excel - Pitt County Summer Camp 2026!

    Looking for a summer camp in Greenville, NC for elementary school students? Kids Excel Summer Camp by Koinonia Community Solutions provides a high-quality, full-day summer program for grades K–5. Camp runs Monday–Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and includes free meals, enrichment activities, and themed learning experiences.

    Located at Koinonia Christian Center Church, the program offers six themed weeks including STEM activities, literacy enrichment, cultural exploration, and outdoor fun. With limited enrollment of 50 campers per week, Kids Excel Summer Camp ensures a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for every child. Register today — space is limited and fills quickly!

  • Kids Excel Martin County - a 21st Century Community Learning Center Afterschool

    Our Martin County Kids Excel Afterschool is a 21st Century Community Learning Center funded program, sponsored by North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, and serves elementary students from Kindergarten through Fifth grade currently attending E.J. Hayes, South Creek, and Jamesville Elementary Schools.

  • Max Factor Leadership Institute: Young Men of Excellence Middle School Males

    Our middle school male mentoring afterschool program is starting its 10th program year with Pitt County Schools, operating on the C.M. Eppes campus in Greenville, NC! Our 6th, 7th, and 8th grade young men receive academic support, complete service projects, and go on exposure encounters that include educational and social enrichment fun!

    This program is made possible by Pitt County Schools, the City of Greenville, Koinonia Christian Center Church and to date has served over 200 young males and their families.

  • StrongHER Girls Empowerment Middle School Females

    Our StrongHER Girls Empowerment program is in it’s first year serving middle schools girls on campus at A.G. Cox Middle School in Winterville.

    Funded by ECU Health, Women For Women of Pitt County, NC Women’s Fund, Southern Black Girls and Women’s Consortium, Black Girl Freedom Fund, and the Smith Family Foundation, StrongHER is an afterschool program for strong girls by strong girls to create an environment of teamwork, kinship, learning, vocational concepts, conflict resolution and leadership! 6th, 7th, and 8th grade girls currently enrolled at AG Cox are eligible to attend.
