Our Focus Areas

Education. Through programs like Max Factor, we work to serve our youth and their families with resources, mentorship, tutoring, after-school programs, summer camps and much more!

Affordable Housing. We help others achieve home ownership, resources to avoid eviction, credit counseling sessions and more connections to affordable housing opportunities to come!

Economic Empowerment. We offer job skills and work readiness training, resume workshops, connections with employment opportunities and job fairs and so much more to come!

Max Factor

Max Factor Leadership Institute is a program founded by Bishop Rosie S. O'neal in honor of her grandfather, Dr. Maxwell McIllwain and serves young males by providing character development through events, mentorship and local after-school programs.
