Our Kids Excel Afterschool is a 21st Century Community Learning Center funded program, sponsored by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, in partnership with Martin County Schools, and serves K-5 students, attending E.J. Hayes, South Creek, Williamston Primary, and Rodgers Elementary Schools.
